I have always been interested in helping people enhance their health and wellness, increasing their longevity and continually searching for the latest in innovative products to improve any issues people may have such as painful knees, hips, backs, necks, shoulders. I have found a wonderful clinically proven product to help this.

The latest is a topical, transdermal gel that is applied to the body essentially PRE workout, event, competition to legs/arms/body to improve performance. This can also apply to horses as has been shown over the past 10 years in USA and Canada.

Carnosine is a naturally occurring dipeptide consisting of 2 amino acids - L Histidine and Beta Alanine. These are naturally occurring in our bodies and together produce Carnosine
